Our Story
What started as a simple idea — combining eco-friendly transportation with advertising — has grown into San Diego's most recognized mobile marketing platform. Our fleet of fully branded pedicabs has become a staple at major events, conventions, and festivals throughout the city.
We've partnered with some of the world's biggest brands, from HBO and Microsoft to Red Bull and Samsung, delivering millions of impressions and creating memorable experiences for audiences on the streets of San Diego.

Ali Horuz
Founder & CEO, VIP Outdoor Media
Ali Horuz is the founder and CEO of VIP Outdoor Media, San Diego's original pedicab advertising company. He came to the United States in 2003 with $500 in his pocket and built it into a multi-million-dollar business — today a fleet of 130 city-permitted pedicabs in San Diego, part of a 1,000+ electric fleet nationwide. Over two decades he has designed and deployed branded pedicab campaigns for 250+ brands, including Cisco, HBO, Microsoft, UnitedHealthcare, and Stryker, and manufactures the company's electric pedicabs through his sister company, Xion Motors. An entrepreneur, philanthropist, and real estate investor, and Membership Chair of Karma San Diego, he is a recognized expert in convention, trade-show, and Comic-Con out-of-home advertising.
